In order to gain access to the race area as media or photographer and to the press room, you must apply for the appropriate accreditation no later than Friday 29 March 2024
Who can ask the accreditation?
Only journalists and photographers in possession of a valid professional card may be accredited and acceptance of the general conditions of accreditation is mandatory.
The accreditation request will be approved by the media officer prior to the event and confirmation will be sent in advance.
The Organising Committee reserves the right to reject – at its sole discretion – individual applications that do not meet the admission criteria, do not comply with the protocol and regulations, or from journalists from irrelevant publications.
Media Centre
The Media Centre is located at the ‘Rinaldo Zardini’ Palaeontological Museum in Via Marangoi 1 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/odZFD29eerZyT68n9). Here you will find the MEDIA ACCREDITATION DESK and the PRESS ROOM.
Accreditation can be collected at the MEDIA ACCREDITATION DESK at the following times:
- Friday 5.4 | 14:00 – 19:00
- Saturday 6.4 | 15:00 – 19:00
- Sunday 7.4 | 15:00 – 19:00
- Monday 8.4 | 15:00 – 19:00
- Tuesday 9.4 | 15:00 – 19:00
Access to the PRESS ROOM is permitted only to accredited media at the following times
- from Friday 5.4 to Wednesday 10.4 from 14:00 to 19:00
Mixed Zone
A mixed zone with restricted access will be set up in the Finish Area to allow photos and interviews with the athletes during the race days.
Other info
Accredited photographers and TV operators can collect their armbands or bibs in the press room upon payment of a deposit (€10)
In the event of non-compliance, the Organising Committee reserves the right to withdraw accreditation at its sole discretion and at any time.
For the VERTICAL race, it will be possible to go up to the finish line in the Lagazuoi area with the service runs from 7:30 to 8:30 and with media accreditation. After this time or without accreditation it will be necessary to purchase a return ticket (15€).
